We stand behind the matches we make. All of our hires are guaranteed for ninety days. If you are unsatisfied with the new hire’s match, you may request that Urgent Career supply another candidate, or request a full refund.

Urgent Career’s services are free to the employer. Employers pay only if they hire an Urgent Candidate. Our fee is 20% of the candidate’s guaranteed base salary.
